Job Description

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Google Cloud Machine Learning Services to develop applications and systems that enhance performance and efficiency using AI technologies. This role involves working with deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and natural language processing to create intelligent solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop CCAI applications and AI-driven systems using Google Cloud Machine Learning Services, Dialogflow CX, Agent Assist, and Conversational AI.

• Build and implement chatbot solutions that integrate seamlessly with CCAI and other cloud services.

• Develop CCAI flows, pages, webhooks, playbooks, and integrate tools into workflows.

• Create and manage AI agents in Agent Builder and integrate them into end-to-end pipelines using Python.

• Apply GenAI and Vertex AI models in solutions, utilizing deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing.

• Ensure the development of production-ready cloud application pipelines with high-quality standards.

  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Must-have: Hands-on experience with CCAI and a strong understanding of generative AI.

• Good to have: Knowledge of Cloud Data Architecture, Cloud ML/PCA/PDE Certification.

• Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms and techniques.

• Experience with chatbot development, generative AI models, and prompt engineering.

• Experience in developing cloud or on-premises application pipelines with production-ready quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Google Cloud Machine Learning Services, with 3+ years of overall experience in AI/ML.

• A full-time educational background of 15 years in computer science, mathematics, or a related field.

• Proven ability to deliver impactful data-driven AI solutions.
